Characteristics of effective instruction.

I chose Student-Centered Classrooms. In student centered classrooms, students are directly involved in learning. The teacher does many things to get the students more involved. I think this helps students learn better when they get moar involved. If I had a classroom I would let the students make a lot of decisions and help them along better with them having more control over what they do.

I'm an ENFJ

Today in my Exploring Teaching class, the class took a Myers Briggs test and I discovered I was an ENFJ. Most ENFJs are open, showy, loving people. They want the best from the world and themselves. This is generally true of me. Most of the time this describes me. But there are sometimes when I would rather help my self then others so this label is only partly true.
